Panama City, Panama - Dec. 2nd, 2009 - Solusoft announced today that Humberto Torres recently joined the Solusoft team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Software Development: Java, VB.NET, C+, Web Services, XML, and Portals. Humberto is a certified and experienced trainer capable of sharing his knowledge and skills in order to help other team members achieve higher levels of expertise. 

Humberto is also experienced in project management and conducting feasibility projects. Also understands very well the banking and financial sector, accounting and Balance Scorecards. In the Telco sector he possesses deep knowledge in IT plaftorms such as provisioning, sales, logistics, billing, receivables, as well as deep understanding of Oracle Portals.
 
Humberto holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Banking, and currently undertakes a Masters Degree in Higher Education. In 2001, Humberto also acquired a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Tecnologica de Panama (UTP). Among his certifications we can mention:
  • Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.2
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)
  • Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft.NET Framework and the .NET Strategy
  • Winforms designing with Visual Basic.NET and C+ and Webforms designing with ASP.NET and XML Services
